Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?
No, all sales are final. Please make sure you review your purchase carefully before submitting a payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make a payment?
For pre-sale items, please allow 14-21 days of shipping and handling. You will be sent an email with an order tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery after the package is shipped.

I put the wrong shipping address while I was checking out. Is there any way you can change it?
If you wish to change your shipping address, please email hello@umo.style immediately with your transactionID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

I just received my order, but I was sent the wrong size or order. Can you exchange it?
Yes, if you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email hello@umo.style with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.

How do you ship the orders?
We use USPS for domestic orders (USA) & for international (Worldwide).

How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email hello@umo.style.

Where is UMO sold in stores?
UMO is not available in stores and is only sold through this website.
